Managing complex data views across Table View and 2D BIM just became more powerful. With our latest enhancement, you can now create, save, and share custom configurations across these modules. Whether it's filters, layouts, or markups, you can now standardise and reuse what works best for your team.

Why This Matters

Construction projects demand clarity, consistency, and speed. Constantly adjusting filters or layouts drains time and introduces errors. By enabling saved configurations in Spit View—both private and public—users can quickly jump into their preferred views or align with team-wide standards. This feature bridges the gap between data and decisions, helping teams work more efficiently.

• Save your Table View + 2D BIM split view with filters, pinned columns, layouts, and markups

• Set public or private visibility for configurations based on user roles

• Apply saved views with a click or shortcut, loading all preferences instantly

• Generate reports directly from saved configurations with visibility control and folder management

• Access reports in Meeting Mode with module-based visibility toggles

1. Planning Review: A planner creates a configuration showing weekly lookahead tasks grouped by phase along side the zone markup. The view is shared publicly, ensuring all stakeholders enter the planning meeting with the same frame of reference.

2. Progress Reporting: A site manager saves a split view showing completed vs. pending tasks with 2D Zone markups. This configuration is used to generate a digital report for client updates, giving clear visual and tabular insight.

3. Workforce Tracking: A foreman working with the Workforce Table View configures a view by trade and crew. They save it privately and update it daily for internal team sync-ups.

Key Considerations & Caution Points

Configuration Visibility Matters: Only users with the right role permissions can publish configurations for others to view.

Keyboard Shortcut Available: Press Enter to quickly save a configuration without navigating away from your work.

Real-Time Updates for Public Views: Edits to public configurations update live across the online users.

Split View Defaults Not Supported: Users cannot set default configurations for split views at this time.

Automation Limitation: Split view reports are excluded from report automation and will not be considered in multi-report automations.
