You can now fetch Aconex documents directly into tasks via the Attachments panel in VisiLean’s classic UI. No more juggling platforms—just log in, pick your project, and pull the files you need. Perfect for project managers, designers, and site teams handling drawings and submittals. A top request from many, now delivered!

This is a limited-access release. The Aconex integration will be publicly available starting June 2025.

Now available in the new Table View.

Smart, structured, and ready for action—your split view just got a major productivity boost. You can now save your favorite Spit View with filters, column layouts, and new Table View settings alongside 2D BIM view as private or public configurations—ready to reuse or share with your team. Apply the right view instantly, switch between saved presets, and generate reports from these configurations with ease.

Power BI – Auto-Committed Task Extraction Easily track PPC performance with a 12-week view of auto-committed tasks using a minimal data set.

Table View – Tooltip & Description Modals Quickly view and edit tasks or constraints with smart tooltips and modals—no need to switch tabs.

Mobile – Constraint Date Selection Fix Mobile users can now pick past target dates while keeping constraints anchored to the timeline.

Status Icon Upgrade (Takt Visualiser) Switched from SVG to Font based icons, improving load times and overall performance.

Mobile Checklist Fixes Checklist modals now close automatically after submission, and mandatory approver errors are shown correctly.

Table View – Enhanced PDF Export PDF exports now include colours, arrows, icons, and workforce details—ideal for sharing or offline use.

Removed Task Search Box We’ve removed the redundant task search box. Global filters now provide a cleaner, more effective way to find tasks.

Report Automation – Frequency Field Update Steps 3 and 4 now feature clearer labels, making report scheduling easier to understand.

Overall UI Performance Boost Underlying improvements to base styles (Base.CSS) are expected to deliver a faster, more responsive experience for the new system.
