We are delighted to introduce the latest enhancements to the Table View, designed to make task management and project coordination more efficient and organised than ever. Custom fields, or user-defined properties, play a key role by allowing teams to tailor their task data to specific project needs, enabling greater flexibility and personalisation. These updates address key challenges in construction management, offering practical and impactful solutions to improve your workflows.
Introducing the New Features
Drag-and-Fill for Custom Fields: Quickly replicate data across multiple tasks using drag-and-fill functionality, saving time and reducing manual work.
Task Grouping: Group tasks based on your project needs for a clearer, more organised view.
Prerequisites in the Table: View task dependencies directly in the table, improving clarity and planning accuracy.
Enhanced Express Workflow: Experience a more intuitive and streamlined process for managing workflows and approvals.

These features are designed to address the complexities of construction projects, giving teams greater control over their data and workflows. For example, the drag-and-fill functionality reduces repetitive tasks, allowing teams to focus on priorities. Key Considerations
Zone shapes created in this mode will remain in wireframe mode until assigned.
When multi-selecting tasks and using filters in the Advanced Property Panel, filter results appear in the property panel, but the table view will continue to show the previously selected tasks.
The drag-and-fill functionality for the Owner column is limited to the Process Manager and Project Admin roles in this release.
