# Attendance Module: History and Comments!

We are excited to unveil the latest enhancement to VisiLean: the **History and Comment Section** in the Attendance Module! This innovative feature empowers users to engage more effectively with attendance records by allowing comments and attachments, creating a comprehensive overview of logged attendance. You can now easily track attendance history, ensuring transparency and accountability within your teams.

In addition, we’ve made significant improvements to streamline your experience. Users can now edit workforce counts and have the option to delete flagged attendance, making management more efficient. To further enhance your workflow, we've introduced a filter for attendance statuses—Submitted, Approved, Rejected, and On-Hold—enabling quick reviews.

Our new collapsible ribbon provides instant insights, showcasing essential details such as the number of entries, total trades on site, and the workforce present for each day. With these enhancements, we aim to elevate your project management capabilities, ensuring that you have all the tools you need at your fingertips. Explore these exciting updates and take your VisiLean experience to the next level!

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://changelog.visilean.com/changelog/release-7.0-2024/attendance-module-history-and-comments.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
