🎁 BIM Updates!

VisiLean adds 2D BIM with ViewSync, Live Mode, and Trade Colour to speed up daily coordination. ViewSync ties your activity filters to the drawing, so when you focus on MEP, only the relevant zones and markups update. Live Mode switches timelines and 2D views to actual dates for a true picture of progress during site walks. Trade Colour (also available for 3D) lets you flip between zone and trade views for quicker reviews. The result: clearer decisions, tighter hand-offs, and fewer misses on site.

⚒️ Technical Improvements

Table View

• Trade colours in Workforce cell: Quickly distinguish trades with colour-coded workforce cells. Use the new Trade Mode to toggle between task-status colours and trade colours. Your preference is saved per user and respected in exports.

Constraints

• Zone property for constraints (web & mobile): Add and manage Zone just like Location. Filter, group, and report by Zone across all views and exports, with data flowing through to Power BI.

Gantt View

• New Gantt UI – Phase 2: Automatic Trade→User allocation at task creation, plus targeted UI refinements for a smoother planning experience.

Task Property Panel

• Richer task details: Added Cost section and a Safety Note field. Surface Task ID, WBS ID, and External ID for better context.

• Quicker corrections: Added Clear selection options in Trade and Owner context menus (available across relevant input areas).

Mobile Apps

• Checklist trigger logic updated (Project Admin role): Checklist triggers now follow the latest task-status logic. Task cards show a preview count of associated checklists (parity with SU) for consistent behaviour across all states.

• Offline checklist triggers (Standard Users & Project Admin role): Triggers work offline and synchronise automatically when you’re back online.

• Attendance for Viewers (Standard Users): Viewers can now log attendance, with access limited to essential, permission-based actions.

• Edit constraint title (Taks Author only): On mobile, the original author can edit a constraint’s title—preserving ownership and data integrity.
