# Release 6.0 2026

We're back with the exciting new updates!

### 🌟 Non-Conformance Reports: A Formal Record When Work Misses the Spec

Release 6 introduces Non-Conformance Reports to the Quality Module. When work doesn't meet the specification, you can now raise an NCR as a formal record of its own, separate from any checklist, and send it through its own review and approval stages. NCR counts and widgets on the dashboard put open non-conformances right alongside your checklist work, and NCRs can be raised and actioned from the mobile app on site. To keep every sign-off moving, approvers who haven't yet acted now receive an automatic reminder email, so approvals don't sit unnoticed.
