# Quality-Changelog

This section will keep you updated on the latest features and releases done by VisiLean for Quality Module.

This page tracks every update to the VisiLean Quality Module, from launch on 7 January 2026 to the latest release. If your team runs inspections, approves checklists, closes out snags or raises NCRs in VisiLean, you'll find what changed here and when. If you're considering VisiLean for quality management on an upcoming project, it shows you what the module does today and how it has grown in its first ten months.

The module started with checklists: build them from pages, questions and approval stages, fill them in, and route each response through a chain of approvers. Since then we've added a mobile app, email notifications, snags, Non-Conformance Reports, PDF export, Power BI reporting, offline working and, most recently, Checklist Sequences and Rule-Based Checklists. A new release has shipped every one to two months, each aimed at a specific part of quality work on site: getting the right checklist to the right person, getting it approved without chasing, and keeping a record that's complete at handover.

Each release has its own page, listed below with the newest first. Changes are grouped by area, such as Checklist Authoring, Approvals, Snags, NCRs, Mobile App and Power BI, so you can go straight to the parts of the module your team uses. Larger features also get a detail page explaining the problem they solve, what's included, and how different roles use them on site.

Bookmark this page and check back after each release. Some of the most useful changes are small ones, like searching your own list on the Filler page or choosing who receives a response next when you approve it.

If something doesn't fit the way your project handles quality, or there's a workflow the module doesn't cover yet, contact our support team. Feedback from project teams decides much of what goes into the next release.
