# Release 3.0 2026

### 🌟 Automated P6-Ready XLS Export for Actuals

VisiLean now lets you export actuals directly into Primavera P6 with a single click no manual field mapping, no hassle. The P6-ready XLS file targets the Activities subject area, covering Activity ID, Actual Start, Actual Finish, and % Complete, and drops straight into P6's native spreadsheet import workflow. It's entirely self-serve, meaning planners can generate, verify, and import actuals in minutes before the Monday morning schedule review, not after it. Whether you're managing a single 3,000-activity programme or running an enterprise rollout across hundreds of projects, the weekly update that once consumed half a day now takes a fraction of the time, giving your team full flexibility in how they manage schedule updates.

### 🌟 Baseline Dates Selection in BIM: Compare Actuals Against the Right Schedule

The 3D BIM Viewer's Planned vs. Actual mode now lets you choose which baseline drives the "Planned" side of the comparison which is now no longer locked to a single hard-coded Planned state. A dropdown lists all named baselines saved against the project, and selecting one immediately re-renders the Planned side to reflect that baseline's model state as per schedule data. The 4D BIM Viewer has been extended too: the date selector now includes a Baselines group alongside the existing Planned and Actual options, so you can drive the 4D timeline animation from any saved baseline's dates. Whether you're comparing actuals against the original contract programme, a post-variation-order revision, or a recovery schedule, the visualisation now shows deviations against the baseline that actually matters for your review.

### 🎁 GeoTIFF Overlay in Maps: See Your Latest Site Imagery Where It Belongs

You can now overlay GeoTIFF files on your project maps, bringing drone captures, orthophotos, and aerial survey imagery directly into VisiLean at the correct geo-location. Instead of switching to a separate GIS tool or passing around image files with no spatial context, your team can view the latest site imagery layered over the project map making it easier to monitor progress, verify earthworks, check site access conditions, and compare planned layouts against what's actually on the ground. The overlay aligns automatically based on the file's embedded coordinates, so what you see is exactly where it is.

## :hammer\_pick: Improvements

#### **New Gantt View**

* [ ] Task bars in the Gantt PDF export now follow active filters, showing only filtered tasks, while parent/summary bars automatically adjust their length based on the visible child tasks.
* [ ] Planned and Baseline dates can now be updated separately via CSV upload using the new “Update Dates” option in Construction Plan Import.
* [ ] The Inline Import and Tools options now shift automatically beside the task property panel when it's open, so you can access key actions without closing the panel first.
* [ ] Column widths are auto adjusted to fit the space available. Also, the "+" remains fixed so that user has a smooth experience throughout

#### **New Scheduler View**

* [ ] Scheduler View grouping columns can now be freely resized with user-specific widths automatically saved and applied across Configurations and Reports.
* [ ] The Scheduler now displays the date range below each week number in Phase and Custom Date weekly views, following project date formats and appearing in Configurations, Reports, and PDF/PNG exports.
* [ ] A new Trade Mode toggle in Scheduler View lets you switch task card colors between Trade and Status views, with status icons shown in Live Mode. Its state is saved across Configurations, Reports, and PDF/PNG exports.

#### **New Table View**

* [ ] Columns in Task, Constraints, and Workforce tables can now be freely reordered and resized, with user-specific layouts saved across Configurations and Reports. Re-adding a removed column restores its default width
* [ ] Reschedule, Copy, and Delete actions now appear instantly when selecting a task cell or opening its property panel, without requiring checkbox selection. For multi-selection, only Copy and Delete are shown, with icons aligned consistently across Gantt, Scheduler, and Takt views.
* [ ] The “Safety Note” column now supports inline editing directly in the table, with a pop-up modal for longer notes.

#### **Takt View**

* [ ] Zoom in and out of the Takt Visualiser now centres on your cursor position, making it easier to focus on the exact area you're looking at.
* [ ] The Takt Visualiser is now fully touchscreen-compatible tap, long-press, multi-select, and pan gestures all work smoothly on large touch displays used in planning meetings.
* [ ] You can now reschedule multiple tasks at once from the header enter the number of days or weeks and click forward or backward to shift them, just like the old Takt.
* [ ] Milestones can now be created and moved freely across Takt zones and the milestone zone while maintaining correct dates and task details, providing smoother drag-and-drop scheduling.
* [ ] The task property panel now opens with a single click on an activity, consistent with the behaviour in other views.

#### **Task Property Panel**

* [ ] The History & Comments section now uses clearer placeholder text and retains the active tab after refreshes, filter changes, date updates, and rescheduling actions.

#### **BIM**

* [ ] A new “Delete” button in the 2D BIM shape property panel lets you remove markups directly
* [ ] You can now set a default BIM model to open automatically in the 3D BIM view, while saved configurations can override it with a toast notification for clarity.

#### **Constraints**

* [ ] The new constraint creation workflow now includes all legacy fields, including Category, Owner, attachments, and a scrollable description field for complete data entry in one place.

#### **PPC & Commitments**

* [ ] PPC has been rebuilt with full support for Planned-Date-Based and Commitment-Date-Based calculations, including dashboards, trend graphs, drill-down analytics, and CSV/PDF exports.\
Auto-commit locks weekly commitments, while rescheduled tasks automatically shift between weeks for accurate planning reliability tracking.

#### **Takt Task Conversion**

* [ ] When converting multiple tasks from Gantt to Takt, you can now assign the same zone to all tasks by dragging and filling down similar to spreadsheet fill-down behaviour instead of selecting each task individually.

#### **General**

* [ ] Reschedule, Copy, and Delete action buttons are now placed consistently across all planning views Table, Scheduler, Gantt, and both old and new Takt using the same icons, same order, and same layout. The design is responsive and adapts to smaller screens.
